TechSafari is known mostly through the reputation of the outstanding
people that work here, and what we have achieved for our customers:
- Previous Oracle batch update transaction throughput record
holders, October 1998.
- Developed and deployed Fellegi-Sunter probabilistic record
linkage system that processes 11 terabytes of data, which includes
complete copies of Equifax, TransUnion, and National Demographic
Data.
- Achieved a 500% improvement in batch processing time for a
billing system at a large telecommunications company. Performance
gains were realized through refactoring of existing code and
database performance tuning. These performance gains mitigated
the scalability problems that TechSafari had identified with
the billing system.
- Developed, deployed, and currently maintain the newest version
of the PolkOne product line that provides drastically improved
response times and scalability than its predecessor.
- Developed and deployed a report generation operational framework
into a data warehousing and reporting system. The framework provides
a well defined API for defining business conditions that trigger
report generation. The framework also provides an easy to use
web interface that displays historical and real time statistics,
allows authorized users to request reruns, activate and deactivate
jobs, display log files online, and add business conditions
or dependencies.
